As Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Kate leads the company’s global Human Resources (HR) strategy and operations for over 21,000 employees in more than 50+ countries. She oversees and drives global talent strategy across multiple functions, including workforce and organization effectiveness, total rewards, talent acquisition, leadership and people development, communications, belonging and engagement, and HR operations. 

 

With a strategic focus on aligning the HR function with business objectives, Kate’s leadership enables Ingersoll Rand to attract, develop, and retain top talent while strengthening organizational capabilities and supporting long-term business goals.

 

She joined Ingersoll Rand in 2016. Prior to becoming CHRO, Kate held various HR leadership positions to lead people strategies for corporate functions and served as the strategic HR business partner for the Precision and Science Technologies and Power Tools and Lifting businesses.

 

Kate came to Ingersoll Rand with nearly 20 years of HR leadership and operations experience from her time with General Electric and SABIC. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Pennsylvania State University.
