At Ingersoll Rand, we are committed to equity in how people are treated and the opportunities available to them. As part of our mission to cultivate a sense of belonging and respect, we are excited to share that Ingersoll Rand is now an employer on Our Ability!
Our Ability is an organization that provides feedback on the accessibility of our digital collateral and enables us to connect with potential employees with disabilities through its job board, Jobs Ability.
Jobs Ability is specifically designed by and for people with disabilities and allows job seekers to easily match with positions that align with their profiles. So far, we have submitted more than 200 open roles based in North Carolina to be evaluated and posted on Jobs Ability, with more coming soon.
Along with this initiative, Ingersoll Rand has several employee inclusion groups, including IRealabilities: Disability Inclusion Group (I-DIG), an inclusion group that advocates for opportunities and promotes awareness of challenges that employees with disabilities face to support their professional development and foster accessibility.
