Cary Collins

Global Growth Leader – digitally connected technologies and Vice President of Product Management for ITS Americas

As Ingersoll Rand’s global growth leader for digitally connected technologies, Cary is driving our digital growth through Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity projects, scaling IoT infrastructure across Ingersoll Rand’s 40+ brands.

Cary also leads Product Management for Industrial Technologies and Services, Americas, directing product lifecycle with responsibility for product strategy, pricing, marketing and the engineered to order (ETO), tendering and project management teams.

Having lived and worked in the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong and Brussels, Cary’s global mindset drives his desire to foster talent within the company. He is a mentor for the Women’s Leadership Program since 2015 and actively participates in the company’s Women’s Inclusion Group. Cary also served on the board of directors of CAGI (Compressed Air and Gas Institute) from 2008-2011. 

Cary joined Ingersoll Rand in 1995 and held various positions with increasing responsibilities in engineering, services, marketing and product management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Kentucky.
