The ERP Senior Systems Analyst, Order Management & Shipping Execution will provide technical/functional leadership in the area of ‘Order to Cash’ for back office transformation across Ingersoll Rand enabled by implementation of an Oracle ERP system. This position will be part of the ERP team working with various locations around the world to design, and implement a single business solution/system utilizing Oracle R12 under manufacturing sites. Candidate will have global large scale ERP implementation experience, specifically with Oracle eBusiness Suite.

Qualified candidates will be driven individuals with strong working knowledge of ERP implementations
5-7 years of ERP implementation experience and leading projects, with at least 2 full implementation life cycle experience with multinational companies
Oracle Applications development experience utilizing pl/sql
3-5 years of experience with hands-on working experience with Order Management and Shipping Execution with good knowledge on other Modules closely related to OM, such as Advanced Pricing, Inventory Management, Purchasing, and Accounts Receivables in the Oracle e-Business Suite (preferably R12). Experience with multiple functions in the full Order to Cash cycle including: customer master, quotation, order entry and processing, workflow, transfer pricing, shipping and AR invoicing. Knowledge of other modules such as Configurator considered a plus.
Experience with understanding a wide variety of order management processes such as integration with front end system and complex manufacturing environment with highly configured products, understand the operation of enterprises trading platforms and transforming those into an Oracle solution.
Demonstrated experience with: (1) Requirement gathering and Gap/Fit Analysis (2) System Configuration and creation of complex interfaces/extensions, (3) Support of large ERP instances by following standard of work, (4) Management of data conversion activities, (5) Unit/Regression/Integrated/Stress testing plans and execution, (6) Cutover planning. (7) Super User Training and training material design.
Working knowledge of a system development methodology
Experience with OA Framework, MWA Development, Fusion Middleware, or Java is a plus.

Experience implementing, designing and enforcing project management methodology and controls.

Manufacturing industry experience a plus
BS degree required.

Lead functional activities related to large ERP implementations. Responsible for activities from requirements gathering through design, development and implementation.
Provide technical leadership in the design, development and implementation of application forms, reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (FRICE) to meet the needs of the business and project scope.
Maintain Enterprise application solution by coordinating new design requirements and FRICE development with ongoing deployments through supporting reviews with the Enterprise Change Manager (ECM) and following Ingersoll Rand guidelines.
Assist with business process re-engineering utilizing best business practices supported by Oracle e-Business Suite in the area of order management to improve productivity and customer interaction
Drive the adoption of standard work processes, standard application functionality and data standards
Deliver specific implementation/support expertise required on order management
Responsible for process, data analysis, data clean-up, conversion and validation
Develop and perform detailed unit and integration testing, cut-over planning, and execution
Responsible for Super User training and training material design
Ensure alignment with the PMO to follow common processes, methodology and framework for implementation
Facilitate key stakeholders alignment and engagement for the program; holding stakeholders accountable for delivering against their commitments
