The Sales Development Program (SDP) is designed to prepare recent college graduates and those new to sales for a rewarding career in technical sales for our compression technology and services business. Upon completion of the program, graduates are prepared to take on responsibilities of an account manager within a defined territory.

The Sales Development Program (SDP) is designed to prepare recent college graduates and those new to sales for a rewarding career in technical sales for our industrial technology and services business. Upon completion of the program, graduates are prepared to take on responsibilities of an Account Manager within a defined territory

What’s in it for you?

Program Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Degrees in engineering or industrial distribution degrees are preferred, but not required
  • 2.9 GPA or higher
  • Previous sales experience not required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a desire to impact business revenue through sales
  • Strong goal orientation, highly motivated, and possess a strong desire to sell industry leading solutions in the marketplace
