Todd is responsible for ensuring the success of all integration strategies, maximizing aftermarket and service growth, and optimizing our manufacturing footprint.
Todd joined Ingersoll Rand in 2009 as senior vice president of operations and integrated supply chain, where he was responsible for optimizing the global footprint and standing up a global procurement organization. Todd also led the lean transformation for Ingersoll Rand, building out the business operating system, which was the foundation of operational excellence. During the last 4 years, Todd led the compression technology and services business, where he and his team focused on growing services through customer connectivity and a digital strategy. By leveraging the business operating system, the business has driven strong growth and margin enhancement. Todd served on the Ingersoll Rand University Strategy Board and the company’s Progressive, Diverse and Inclusive Strategy Council.
He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation (MAPI).
Prior to joining Ingersoll Rand Todd was with GE where he progressed to increasingly more responsible roles over a 20-year career in operations, sourcing and general management. He holds a bachelor’s in management engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, MA.
